Dispur clears decks for Daimary bail

Ranjan Daimary is likely to get bail again. The NDFB boss who has languishing in jail for the last two months is likely to be granted the bail on October 21 when the TADA court will be considering the green signal from the government which was required.

According to sources, Dsipur has already gave green signal for granting bail to Daimary who was re arrested on September 29 after the Tada court refused to extend his interim bail.

Dispur gave green signal considering Daimary’s tripartite suspension of operation agreement with the Centre and the Assam government last year and was holding negotiations.
