Eviction in Zoo Road

 An eviction team cleared a huge area on Zoo Road demolishing several constructions on Friday.

Officials deployed in the drive against illegal settlers told Assam Times that the drive would continue until the city is made free of encroachment.   

The drive would resume on Saturday where some other huts and pucca houses would be evicted.
