Mohilary demands more police

BPF President and BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary demanded more police station and police outpost in the BTAD area to counter militancy as well as anti-social activity. Mohilary said that the council had demanded for establishing more police station and outposts in the remote areas of BTAD, but yet government has not been giving stressed on the demands. He has opined that due to the shortages of security, peoples in the region have to face troubles.He has urged the government for setting up new police station and outposts to protect the people’s life from any unwanted incidents. Mohilary has also visited various villages at Salakati, Duramari, Dotma and met villagers and discussed about bringing peace and harmony in Kokrajhar and appealed for maintaining peace and tranquility in the region.
