The National Democratic Front of Boroland (Songbijit faction) termed the killing of Saolun Daimary a fake encounter, that killed at Asrabari under Mazbat in Udalguri district on Tuesday, a press release from B Saoraigwra, general secretary of the NDFB claims. Police's claim of recovering huge cache of arms - one pistol, one hand grenade, ammunitions, 3 cartridges, one magazine is baseless and fake. The release said that Saolun was not a member of their organization, but a civilian and brother-in-law of their cadre, information and publicity secretary, N E Esara. He charged that Jethw, cadre of NDFB (Ranjan Daimary faction) killed him with the help of Indian security forces. He said,
‘It is proved that the Government of India has been hatching conspiracy to bring confrontation among all Boro freedom lover people to brake-out fratricidal blood shading within ourselves. So, I exhort all our leaders, cadres, militias, over-ground workers, sympathizers and social activists not to be further hoodwinked by them and asked all Boro people as well as all Boro Organization, Union to be watchful over the fratricidal conspirators’. He has alleged that Assam police, anti-Boro political leaders and some fratricidal Boro leaders like Ranjan Daimary, former President of NDFB, however, as a lowest servant of their exploiter master of Indian government have been trying to upgrade their present languishing status by showing their deeds of heroism “the full information and deeds of falls and nastiest” but on the contrary such ongoing weakening attrition against Boro freedom lovers have been proving themselves that they are in a desperate situation and using any chance, even if it is hopeless, to get themselves out of it.
‘NDFB is not as deceitful as the terrorist putting the masks of Assam police, Military force and of Political leaders or Ministers or Members of government of India. So, we the revolutionaries, NDFB have clarified that we will have been carried out our each and every activity for the greatest interest for the building of the Sovereign Bodo Nation. Let the death of civilian Saolun Daimary bring encourages to fight and work against the colonial policy of Government of India and to unite all our Boro people as a whole’, the NDFB leader said.
He has also said, ‘We convey our deep sorrow and respect to Saolun Daimary and his all family members’. He condemning the Government of India, Assam police and all anti-Boro agents, urges cautions to avoid them from such fomenting and an inactive indictment against us and to stay away from such torturing and killing the family members of NDFB in the name of search operation. Otherwise it only will be the cause of our consecutive retaliation, he said.
