AIUDF president Badaruddin Ajmal on Friday campaigned for Mani Kumar Subba following the ailment of the Tezpur independent candidate.
Ajmal left for Tezpur by a helicopter where he held two huge rallies and urged the people to vote for the former Congress MP.
Before that in the morning, the perfume baron visited Subba at the GNRC Hospital and agreed to campaign for him. Subba’s wife and daughter also would campaign on the last day on Saturday.
