Home coming for Padma Hazarika!

AGP is in a mood to withdraw suspension against Padma Hazarika. But the request should come from the Sootea MLA.

Several senior party leaders openly discussed the withdrawal of suspension order against Hazarika. He was Birendra Prasad Baishya, who on Friday openly stressed withdrawal of the action.

On Thursday, former party president Brindabon Goswami urged the leadership to withdraw the against the MLA.

In his response, president Prafulla Kumar Mahanta said that the request should come from Hazarika for the same.

Hazarika was suspended in February 7 alleging that he refused to toe on the party line in the Rajya Sabha polls.
