CJ Workshop at Nazira

A workshop on citizen journalism was held at ONGC auditorium Nazira on Saturday. Inaugurating the workshop, Dilip Das, DGM (Corporate Communication) ONGC said that sincerity is the keyword for success in every sphere of life. He stressed up on establishing the truthfulness of a news item before its publication. Another speaker Dr. Hemanta Kumar Gogoi recounted his experience on e-journalism and said that it has become a popular media specially among the newer generation. Earlier Anup Arandhara, President, North East Journalist Association and Babul Gogoi of Assam Times welcomed the guests and participants, and briefly reviewed the purpose of the workshop. About 50 participants took part in the workshop at Nazira.

If possible, try to arrange it in Nagaon/Morigaon belt too as the listed places of CJ training is far away from the regions.

It is interesting to know about the CJ workshop held recently at Nazira.I would like to join in such programme. Plz arrange one such workshop at Tinsukia.

If possible rearrange the CJ training workshop in Namrup. unluckly some interested participator not able to attend the program.
