Tripura gets new chief justice

AGARTALA: Justice Ajay Rastogi took the oath as new Chief Justice of Tripura on Thursday who vowed to expedite the justice delivery system in the north eastern state.

Governor Tothagata Roy administered him the oath of office and secrecy at a brief function in the Raj Bhawan where chief minister Manik Sarkar along with several other dignitaries were present.
Later talking to reporters Justice Rastogi said he would try to expedite the justice delivery system in the state.
