Political impasse nearing end

The crisis that cripples the Congress legislature party is set to end very soon. The dissident ministers and MLAs seem to have climbed down after holding a series of meeting on Saturday.          Talking to reporters at the end of the last session at night, health minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, who led the entire camp said that they would abide by the party high command and that they would listen to chief minister Tarun Gogoi.      Dr Sarma further said that he and his the ministerial colleagues would quit if the chief minister wants.   He said that none of the dissident ministers and MLAs are hankering after power.      He said that they would concentrate on duties from now and onwards.
