Pillion riding banned in Udalguri

By an order dated June 25, the District Magistrate ,Udalguri has banned pillion riding in the district to prevent anti social activities.It is significant after the release of NDFB President, Ranjan Daimari.However woman,children below five years and media persons with valid identity have been exempted.
