Akhil plea on Wednesday

Gauhati High Court will hear Akhil Gogoi’s bail petition on March 19.

The petition moved in the court on Friday. But it fixed March 19 as the date of hearing of Gogoi’s plea who has been in judicial custody after five days of police custody in connection with the recent self immolation of a KMSS activist in Dispur.

The court fixed the date of hearing last week. But the counselor applied for more time to appear on behalf of the KMSS president who was arrested in connection with the self immolation of Pranab Boro.
