Amid tight security, Narendra Modi landed in Dibruagrh on Saturday morning en route to Arunachal Pradesh.
The BJP’s prime ministerial candidate landed at Dibrugarh Airport at 10-15 in the morning to be received by BJP leader Kamakhya Prasad Tasa.
During his brief halt in Dibrugarh Airport, the Gujarat Chief Minister talked to the family members of Ananta Hazarika and Gopi Gogoi who died after attending the recent rally in Guwahati.
Then he left for Arunachal Pradesh by a helicoopter at 10-30 to attend a huge rally in Pasighat.
