Ranee faces fresh wrath

Union minister Ranee Narah on Friday good the taste of BJP protest in Dibrugarh a day after she accused Sarbananda Sonowal of accepting bribe for Rajya Sabha polls from DoNER minister Pawan Singh Ghatowar.

Hundreds of BJP workers thronged the Dibrugarh Circuit House after she arrived in it in the morning. With banners and festooned the BJP workers shouted slogans asking her to substantiate her allegations against Sonowal and Prasanta Phukan.

But she managed to leave the Circuit House with the help of her security guards.

On the other hand, BJP workers in all district and sub divisional headquarters hit the streets and burnt the effigy of the Union minister and asked her to substantiate her allegations.
