Amid controversy over Prasanta Phukan’s vote, BJP leadership has claimed that not even a single vote of the party legislators have been found invalid.
According state unit president Sarbananda Sonowal, all BJP votes were valid and that the question of secret understanding does not arise.
Phukan also claimed to have done nothing wrong while he was casting his vote favouring the Opposition consensus vote in the Rajya Sabha polls on Friday.
