AGP leaders to join BJP!

A circle of senior AGP leaders is all set to join BJP. They include former party president Chandra Mohan Patowary. According to information, the senior AGP leaders have already talked to the BJP stalwarts in New Delhi.

For the last couple of years they have been unhappy with the functionings of the party leadership on many occasions.

Apart from them two senior journalist including Adip Kumar Phukan is believed to have been preparing to join BJP on February 8 when prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi would be holding a rally in Guwahati.

A Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India has been filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by advocate Arif Jwadder. Assam-based ensemble Tunetellers has made history with the release of their latest Assamese song, "O' Mon".
