Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi is scheduled to hold a crucial round of meeting with planning commission on Monday.
In his meeting with the plan panel deputy chairman Dr Mantek Singh Ahluwaliah, the chief minister is expected to seek a hike in the annual plan outlay for the state. According to sources, Gogoi further is likely to seek special assistance to help the state complete the pending projects.
