Offensive against NDFB-S

A full scale offensive begins in BTAD areas against NDFB-S after the Bodo militant outfit killed 8 persons in three different attacks. The entire strategy was chalked at the unified command meeting in Dispur on Sunday.

On the other hand, DGP Khagen Sarma has instructed top police officials in BTAD to strictly deal with the elements. Chief minister Tarun Gogoi who is camping in New Delhi is assessing the situation on telephonic conversation with Khagen Sarma.
