IED found in Hajo

A powerful Improvised Explosive Devise weighing 1.5 kg was seized from Hajo in Kamrup district on Tuesday.
 

According to police, a woman saw the IED, wrapped in a plastic bag with its two electric wires exposed and kept near a petrol pump. 
On receipt of the information, police, who with the help army bomb disposal squad defused the bomb.
