NHPC GM still missing

NHPC general manager Anil Kumar Agarwal has been remaining incommunicado even 48 hours after he was kidnapped by NDFB(S) militants even as police arrested three persons in this connection.
Police arrested Kumar Tamang, the driver of the vehicle ferrying the NHPC top official along with Puto Mooshahary, the owner of the SIM card used by the abductors and Nijon Daimary who owned the bike used by the kidnappers.
NDFB(S) militants were believed to have kidnapped Agarwal from Bhalukpung along the Assam Arunachal Pradesh border on Sunday.
