Stung by incessant criticism Guwahati police on Thursday arrested a businessman charging him with holding syndicate.

Popularly known as Naanka, the businessman was nabbed by police at 2-30 in the afternoon. His arrest comes a day after police raided a house in Beltola area for holding a coal syndicate in Nalbari.
