Chief minister Tarun Gogoi on Saturday admitted that syndicates have been operating in different parts of the state where the truckers are taxed bereft of any reason. Gogoi’s ire assumes significance a few days after KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi alleged syndicate by dissident Congress MLAs where the common people have been bearing the brunt.
