urity forces arrested three NDFB cadres in Guwahati on Wednesday night. The trio were picked up during a joint operation at the Inter State Bus Terminal in Guwahati and nabbed the militants on the way to Myanmar via Dimapur. Police said that the militants had used Guwahati as their transit base. They were identified as Laisui Basumutary, Joangsar Basumutary and Astomi Basumutary. Police further recovered Rs 2.50 lakh cash from their possession.
