Prafulla Mohanta denies secret killing

Prafulla Kumar Mohanta, former Chif Minister of Assam, denies his link with the secret killings. He says that the Justice Khagendra Nath Saikia Commission, which was constituted by the congress Govt. was politically motivated & the Ex. Justice Saikia was a active member of the congress party. Mahanta disclosed it in a press conference at Sivasagar on last 2nd November. He also participated in a party meeting on AGP(P) at Sivasagar Natya Mandir. Large number of people attended the meeting. Mahanta was welcomed by long rally of party workers. In his speech Mahanta said that there is no rule of law in Assam & Govt. has failed to control the corruption and violence. He clarified that his party will try to form an anti-Congress Forurn to defeat the Congress in the forthcoming Panchayat election.
