Chief minister Tarun Gogoi is confident that Congress will be able to retain Dispur. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Tuesday, Gogoi said that his party still has good base in the rural Assam.
Gogoi said BPF still is an ally of Congress. He said BPF will stay with them even if Congress gets absolute majority.
