A delegation of Sanmilita Jatiya Abhibartan led by Dr Hiren Gohain on Wednesday received positive signal in terms of holding talk with ULFA through dialogue. The Congress president flashed her green signal as the delegation met her at her 10th Janapath residence. Talking to reporters, the delegation leader and critic Dr Gohain said Gandhi was positive for an amicable settlement of the insurgency problem in Assam.
