Duliajan student won national level art contest

Prarthana Saikia from Duliajan has won Second Prize (Silver Medal) at the 4th National Level Students’ Art Contest 2009. The competition was organsied by Lalithkala Academy of Fine Arts Education, Bangalore in October 2009. Prarthana is a student of St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School here. Prarthana is a daughter of Jatin Saikia and Nirumani Dutta Saikia.
