Law is the tool of convenience for those in Power. Just as we condition the air-conditioner according to our needs, law can be conditioned as per the need of those in authority. It is the oldest puppet of human society.

Acquittal of a person does not mean that he is innocent. It only means that the charges brought against him have not been proved. People should desist from relating emotions to reality. The courts decide on evidence produced before it by the party who brings the allegation. The allegations should be legally admissible and believable. Indian judiciary has the history of awarding death penalty to a Sessions Judge, because the charges were established.

I agree with Pallavi Barua, and also I fail to understand the Assam Bandh culture. Did anything get sorted out in Assam by giving "Assam Bandh"?????

This verdict has certainly diminshed the little faith we had in our system. Is there no way that the culprits can be punished. Remember The Jessica Lal case , where the common people stand and the media played a major role. Pallavi told the right line, judiciary being the puppet. The gaurdians of this judiciary have no moral dignity or conscience.
