Nazira: Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Assam, Anurag Goel, conducted a comprehensive review of the election preparedness in Nazira Election District today in anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha Poll.
During his visit, CEO Anurag Goel inspected the strong rooms established within the premises of the office of SDO(C) Nazira, ensuring the integrity and security of the electoral process. He also took a detailed overview of the security arrangements put in place for these strong rooms, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the election materials.
In a subsequent meeting with key officials of the Sub-Division held in the conference hall of the sub-divisional administration, Nazira, Goel assessed the election arrangements organized under various cells for the forthcoming General Elections to the House of People. This engagement aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient conduct of the electoral process.
