Nizamuddin Impact: Four more test COVID19 positive

Guwahati: Four more people have tested COVID 19 positive at Guwahati Medical College Hospital on Wednesday taking figure of positive cases to 5.

According to state health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, GMCH laboratory has confirmed COVID19 positive in Jamaluddin Arshad Ali, Hazarat Ali, Nuruddin and Jonab Ali, who attended the religious function held at Nizamuddin in Delhi in mid March. Sarma said that all those who attended the congragation in the capital city have yet to arrive in thte state.

Moreover, four others who attended the congregation are suspected COVID19 positive and have been undergoing treatment in Delhi. They have been identified as Naskar Ali, Bahar Uddin, Mustafa Ali and Mahmmad Ali.

Notably, on Tuesday a 52 year old cancer patient was found positive who is undergoing treatment at the Silchar Medical College Hospital.
