Journalisn workshop held

A day-long workshop on journalism was held at Bodofa House, Baganshali in Kokrajhar on Wednesday. Young journalists from different six districts of the state- Sonitpur, Dhemaji, Udalguri, Baksa, Chirang and Kokrajhar participated the workshop.

The workshop was organised by The People's Aid, an NGO working for social upliftment in association with Bodoland Radab to create journalistic environment and awareness on career on journalism. The workshop discussed thoroughly on the journalism and its professionalism career building up amongst the coming up generations.

The workshop was chaired by Dr Chitum Basumatary, secretary of the The People's Aid.

Senior journalists Preetam Brahma Choudhury, Khrwmshar Basumatary, Hantigiri Narzary, Editor of the Hayenni Radav Dansrang Daimary attended as resource persons.
