BPF summit ends in Kokrajhar

Kokrajhar:: The triennial conference of the Bodoland People’s Front(BPF) of Banargaon block committee concluded at Magurmari ground in Kokrajhar on Tuesday.

The wings of the BPF party,apart from womenm,youth,minority cell and Bodoland Students’ Union(BSU) also held on the occasion which gathered huge participation from different primary committees of the Banargaon constituency.

The ruling party discussed on various issue and agendas of the party affairs highlighting developmental aspects among difficent communities in the region,specially gaining up of social integrity and unity.

BTC executive member Doneswar Goyary graced as chief guest on the open session with Karna Chandra Kaklary,president of the Banargaon block committee of the BPF in the chair.

Goyary,in speech said that BTC administration was working to the all round deveopment of the region since its inception.

“ Our generation society should get welfare and healthy situation while acquiring good education.The students must take quality education and make healthy living in days to coming”,Goyary said.

BTC executive member Rajib Brahma said that the BPF party has been gaining up its developmental works by taking stern initiatives.

Among others,former BTC executive members Derhasat Basaumatary,Mono Kumar Brahma,chairman of ex-BLT welfrae society Janamahan Mushahary were prominent attendees on the occasion.

Karna Chandra Kaklary and Susanta Sarkar are retained president and secretary of the Banargaon block committee BPF respectively.

Gunobati Baglary and Ranjita Narzary are held as president and secretary of the women’s wing while Biren Basumatary and Iswar Chandra Narzary held as president and secretary of the youth wing of the BPF party respectively.

Earlier in the morning,party flags along with 13 primary committees hoisted followed by homage to martyrs to mark the conference.A multi cultural showcase was also demonstrated which created amusement among the gathering.
