Thane police to get Haflong constable in remand

GUWAHATI: The Maharashtra police is preparing to bring Bhubneswar after their cunterparts in Assam arrested the police constable in Haflong in connection with the infamous call data record scam.

 

Das, whom the police arrested a couple of days back acting on the allegations by the police in Thane would be brought to Maharashtra for interrogation.

According to police, a police team in Thane probing the CDR racket traced the mobile number owned by Das who managed to procure the CDR from the cyber cell where he was attahed to. The inputs he illegaly procured belonged of the persons arrested in Thane.
