Strike disrupts BTAD transport services

Kokrajhar: Normal government transport services remained paralyzed in BTAD areas on Thursday when the  employees of the Bodoland Transport Services started an indefinite strike raising a slew of demands.

With banners and play cards, hundreds of employees from Bodoland transport department staged sit in demanding steps to regularise their jobs, hike in salaries.

The employees slammed the transport department for not taking  any measures to meet their long standing demands of the emoloyees.
They said the strike will continue until and unless the demands are accepted for needful steps.
