Brisk polling in Tripura

AGARTALA: Amid a mammoth security arrangement voting is underway in Tripura to elect 59 legislators in the 60 member assembly across the north eastern state on Sunday.
Altogether 25,36,589 voters are exercising their franchise at 3,417 polling booths to decide on the fate of 292 candidates from 7 in the morning.
Voters in large number are waiting in a serpentine queue to vote in their assigned booths from early in the morning where BJP takes on the ruling Left Front.
