Robindro Manipur Deputy Speaker
IMPHAL: The Manipur Legislative Assembly has elected Kongkham Robindro Singh as Deputy Speaker by a voice vote in the ingoing budget session on Thursday. The election was conducted in the Assembly Secretariat where Congress candidate Fazur Rahim was defeated in the voice vote.
The 30-year-old Robindro Singh has become the youngest Deputy Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly. He is representing Mayang Imphal constituency in the state assembly. Singh is a resident of Mayang Imphal Thana IB Road Awang under Mayang Imphal.
