Rhino moving in human habitate

MORIGAON: Two stray rhinos have been unleashing no less terror in a remote hamlet in Morigaon district after it came from the Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary on Thursday night.

Local residents in Doipara spotted one of the rhinos moving in the open field in the morning. A team of forest guards has been trying to drive the rhinos back to the sanctuary.

"I heard two rhinos. But came to see one. As I was walking in the open field came to see the animal moving to and fro striking panic among the cattle," said a villager.

Another villager said," I found it very interesting as I came to see a buffalo running away after it spotted the rhino."
