NEW DELHI:There seems to be no respite for Subodh Biswas and his henchmen who clashed with studentleaders in Silapithar six months back.
The Supreme Court on Friday turned down his bail plea and agreed to hear the plea in February next year.
Biswas, the leader of an organization advocating for thd Hindu immigrants earlier moved the bail plea in the Gauhati High Court. But it was rejected and he challenged ir before the apex court.
