NDFB-S rebel held in Bijni; arms seized

The security forces engaged in counter insurgency operation in BTAD areas claimed to have arrested yet another NDFB(S) rebels from Chirang district on Saturday.

Identified as Mithinga Basumatary, the hardcore rebel was captured during a combine operation at Panbari in Bijni.

Police claimed to have seized a Chinese pistol from the Myanmar trained Bodo rebel.
