The Nagaon police have arrested four traders charging them with assaulting the former rebels who were believed to have been raising fund to feed the flood hit people.
According to information, the police have arrested the owner of the shop Raju Das along with his associates Manu Das, N Das, Utpal Das who assaulted the former rebels.
But two persons who were behind the incident have yet to be identified.
