Plantation drive in Tangla

The Jana Jagaran society in a good deed towards mother nature organized a massive plantation drive at Bor Tangla L.P/ME School premises on Thursday. The plantation drive was inaugurated by Kandarpa Rabha Principal of the ME section of the academy followed by plantation by guests including Babul Daimari BSU Bhergaon unit President,.Earlier the welcome speech was delivered by Santeswar Rabha President of Jana Jagaran Society.A good batch of students along with their teachers also participated in the plantation drive were nearly 200 saplings of various species having timber and medicinal value were planted along with protective bamboo cages to be placed around the saplings.
