Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Wednesday vowed to firmly deal with corruption that cripples the public life in Assam.
Addressing a press conference in GuwahatI, Sonowal whose BJP-led alliance government completes one year in office said that his uncompromising war against corruption would go on.
But, he said, they have miles to go to stem the root out this cancerous culture. He said during the last one year the state and it's people have seen the course of change where revenue has improved.
He said works ate on for construction of two new medical colleges would be a huge boost to the state’s health sector.
