FNS emphasises more new states creation

The Federation for New State (FNS) has claimed that the present BJP led NDA government at centre has been initiating to create 10 more new states including Bodoland carving existing Assam state across the country by 2019 next to meet good governance in the country.

Baba RK Dev Tomar, chairman of the Federation for New State(FNS) while addressing the Press Conference held at Kokrajhar Press Club on Thursday in Kokrajhar said that the existing NDA government at centre has been planning to create ten more new states across the country to pave way good administration by 2019 next.The centre has been stressing to create new more states which was disclosed by Union Minister of state for Home affairs Hari Bhai Choudhury informed recently in the Lok Sabha session.

He said that new smaller states demand groups across the nation under the banner of Federation for New State has been organising awareness and integration besides visiting proposed new state areas since few months.He said that initiatives from centre was appreciated for the new state groups. He told that the FNS has been stressing to put pressure government for creating new smaller states in the country to pave way good governance and healthy development. He has highlighted to the optimistic to create new states across the country by 2019 next,which are included Bidharva (Maharastra), Purbanchal, Bundelkhand, Abad Pradesh & Paschim Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh), Chaurastra(Gujarat), Kurga (Karnataka), Koslanchal(Oddisha), gorkhalnad (West Bengal), Mithilanchal (Bihar) and Bodoland (Assam).

He mentioned that MoS Choudhury had indicated that present Uttar Pradesh would be carbed in four region with new states in days to coming. He has emphasized creation of Bodoland state along with other new states which is the prime issues of the nation.

‘Bodoland must be created along with other new states in the country as centre has been taking steps to solve  long standing demand of Bodos’,Tomar said. He has urged all Bodo groups to be united while pressing government to create Bodoland state.

‘I appeal to all Bodo leaders including Hagrama Mohilary,BTC chief,Promod Boro,ABSU president,UG Brahma, SK Bwiswmuthiary to the Bodoland state issue as govrrnment centre has been taking stern measures for new smaller states’, Tomar said.

He said that Bodos in the state of Assam is an enfluential community who has bold dedicated to the building of integrated country. Tomar has expresses his hopeful that if Bodoland was created,Assam would be be more development in the region’.

He told that the FNS has been holding a national grand meet in Nagpur on May 28 to discuss on the creation of new states where member organisations of the FNS are invited to participate in the meet. On the illegal immigrants from Bangladesh,Tomar said that Bangladeshi is a ntional problem of the country. Assam state must be free from Bangladeshis as huge illegal immigrants are living in the state.
