Rapist caught in Kokrajhar

Yet another shocking incident of gangrape in Kokrajhar sends huge wave of anger across the state. On the of the perpetrators has been caught by a group of people in the town before being handed over to police on Tuesday.

The incident took place on Monday evening when two drivers forcibly picked up a minor girl from. To be repeatedly gangraped inside the Chirang Ripu reserve forest.

When the victim revealed the incident's a section of the people spotted one of the culprits roaming near the railway station. Identified as Rupok Roy, he was caught and handed over to the police.

Manhunt is on to find out the remaining accused Sanjay Basumatary who is on the run.
