Prolific writer Arundhati Dutta passed away on Saturday after prolonged cancer ailment.
The end came at a hospital in the morning in New Delhi where she was undergoing treatment for the last couple of months.
Her husband and noted social activist Deven Dutta was beside her when she breathed her last.
Many organizations and individuals have condoled the death of the promising writer who died a premture death and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
