NDFB-S cadre held

Security forces apprehended a cadre of NDFB (Songbijit faction) from Dwisamguri Boro bazaar area under Bijni PS in Chirang district today. 


 Acting on a tip off, a joint team of Army and Assam Police apprehended a cadre of the banned NDFB (S) during search operation from Dwisamguri of Chirang district. 


The arrested cadre was identified as Habtasad Brahma alias Durga. A pistol, two live ammunitions and a Khukuri were seized from the arrested cadre.
