Link man arrested

A NDFB-S link man was apprehended by police at Sonapuri village in Kokrajhar on Monday. The link man was identified as Puren Narzary of Sonapuri village. A pistol and three live bullets were recovered from his possession.

BJP and UPPL are heading towards a decimation in the BTAD polls where counting is currently underway. According to reports, the Hagrama Mohilary-led BPF is taking a huge lead in most of the seats, far ahead of the ruling UPPL, which is leading in only 5 seats.
