NDFB-S cadre arrested

Security forces apprehended a cadre of National Democratic Front of Boroland-Songbijit faction(NDFB-S) from Rupnathpur area under Kachugaon PS in Kokrajhar district today.

Based on an input about presence of militant outfit cadres in the area,a joint team of security forces belogning to Police,Army.SSB and Cobra Launched an operation where militant cadre was arrested.The cadre was identified as Ristw Narzary alias Adaw,21; of Rangapara village under Kachugaon PS of Kokrajhar district,was locally trained cadre.He was actively involved in extortion of money for the banned outfit organisation as well deliveries of rations and other administrative stores,which includes medice.A pistol,two round live bullets recovered from him.
