23 candidates in three LACs in Kokrajhar

Altogether 23 candidates are in fray to the contest in the second phase Assam assembly polls that starts on Monday morning for three constituencies in Kokrajhar district. Six candidates are in fray for 30-Kokrajhar LAC, included sitting MLA and BPF candidate Pramila Rani Brahma, Pratibha Brahma (UPP), Manu Borgoyary (AIUDF).There would be strong contesting in between BPF and UPP candidates in the election. For 29-Kokrajhar west, ten candidates in fray, among them triangular contest is seeing. They are Urkhao Gwra Brahma (UPP ), Rabiram Narzary (BPF) and Dahit Chandra Brahma (AIUDF). For 28-Gossaigaon LAC, seven candidates are in fray to the contest, who are included Majendra Narzary (BPF), Somnath Narzary (UPP), Asim Hasda (Congress), Rabi Kashi Reddy (AIUDF).
