In yet another incident of violence on NE people a youth of state was brutually killed by miscreants at Bhatni station of Uttar Pradeshon on night of February 21 at about 9 in the morning. The deceased Ramen Boro (35), son of Langhidhar Boro of Malmura village, Tangla was working in Mumbai. He boarded a home bound train on February 20 when he was brutually killed by miscreants at Bhatni station in Uttar Pradesh.
Ramen had left for Mumbai three months back to work in a private firm. Ramen was in touch with his family member untill an hour back of the incident. Railway Police of Bhatni Railway station informed the friends and family members of the victim with Ramen's mobile.
The incident has raised the question about the much vaunted improved law and order situation in North India and crimes of hatred on NE people.
