Hagrama hoists national tri-colour flag

BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary hoisted national tri-colour flag while celebrating the 67th Republic Day at Govt Higher Secondary & MP school ground today in Kokrajhar. 

Mohilary, in his speech said that BTC administration was working to the all round development of the region since it's inception. He said that the council has been giving stressed of human resource development in it's priority manner so that region can get healthy uplift among society. He has urged the citizens to maintain peace and unity among all section of society. 

Mohilary took guard of honor presented from contigents from police battalion, students from various schools. 

Sports personality, award awardees, achieved students were felicitated during the occasion. 

A showcasing of tableau from different departments was also presented, besides organizing a multi cultural demonstration on the on the day. 

Former minister, MLA Pramila Rani Brahma, LR Bishnoi, BTAD (IGP), BTC executive members Rajib Brahma, Doneswar Goyary,Madhav Prasad Sarma, DC;  Shyamal Prasad Saikia, SP Kokrajhar were among others prominent attendees on the programme.
